Will and his wife, Sharon joined the West Hills family in November 2016. Will and Sharon have one daughter, Sara and son-in-law, Christopher Bolyard. Will and Sharon share a passion to see families excel in their walk with Jesus Christ. In addition, Will understands that God's Word is the only source of hope that he has to offer people. Pastor Will's life goal is to be known as a man who loves God and loves people.
Stan Blades, a bi-vocational minister of music, became the Minister of Music/Worship at West Hills Baptist Church in 2010 after serving in various ministry roles in two other churches prior to coming to West Hills. Stan graduated from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2014 with a Masters Degree in Theological Studies. Stan is married to the former Cindy Stephens, and they have two children, Bryan and Ethan.
Ross works with our leadership teams from preschool to high school. He grew up in Lebanon and attended Friendship Christian School, Lipscomb University, and has a Masters Degree of Christian Studies from Union University. Ross began serving as the Youth Pastor Associate for West Hills in March 2009. Ross is married to Anna, a physician's assistant in Lebanon, and they have two daughters, Abigail and Adelyn.
Rebecca joined the staff at West Hills Baptist Church in June of 2015. She and her husband, Robert, have been members of West Hills since 2003. She is a graduate of Livingston Academy and Tennessee Tech University. Rebecca and Robert have 3 boys, Jackson, Thomas, and William. Rebecca also serves as VBS director.
Janet came to West Hills in 2007 to serve as Pianist. A daughter of home missionaries, she lived in Illinois, Texas, N.H., and Hawaii, before moving to Lebanon in the late 80's. Janet is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, She & Van have 3 children, R.D, Jacquelyne and Jennifer, and 3 grandchildren.
